Enrollment
- Enrollment is ongoing. You may enroll and un-enroll as you wish with no long-term commitment.
- You may make changes for day/time/program anytime through our Front Desk!
- You may enroll up to 10 days before your desired start date. We are unable to hold spots in advance. You are financially responsible for your class enrollment(s) UNTIL YOU FORMALLY UNENROLL.

Administration Fee
A $50 family registration fee is a one-time fee when joining Dreams Gymnastics & Dance for the first time.
Family Discount
Only the most expensive tuition in the immediate family pays full fare. All other tuitions from the immediate family are discounted 10%.

100% Tuition-back for new students when dropped within 2 weeks of start date if you are not completely delighted with your experience. We want your child’s experience to be a positive one, please try us again in the future.
Make ups
- We seek to be liberal and offer make-ups whenever possible, however, we cannot guarantee make-ups in all classes in all programs at all times of the year.
- A STUDENT MUST BE ACTIVELY ENROLLED to be eligible for a make-up.
- You may request to schedule a make-up anytime within 7 days of your desired make-up date.
- The eligibility for a make-up expires four weeks after the missed class.
- WE APOLOGIZE, THERE ARE NO CREDITS NOR REFUNDS FOR MISSED CLASSES.
Tuition
- Tuition is pro-rated based on your start date.
- Payments are accepted through MC, Visa, Discover, Customer Portal Payments, over the phone, over the counter, or cash/check in person.
- Declined payments (expired card, etc.) must be remedied on or before the last day of the month or you risk losing your child’s class spot to a waitlist student.
- If your check is returned for non-sufficient funds (NSF), you will automatically be charged a $20 NSF Fee on your account.
- Participation requires that you create an online account with a card on file.
- Tuition is auto debited on the 20th of every month preceding the activity. (example: tuition for March will be auto debited on February 20th).
- Tuition is auto debited for as long as you are actively enrolled. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO UNENROLL TO STOP THE AUTO DEBITING PROCESS.
- To avoid an auto-debit on your credit card simply submit your choice of alternate payment ON OR BEFORE THE 19th of the month preceding the activity.
- WE APOLOGIZE, THERE ARE NO CREDITS NOR REFUNDS FOR MISSED CLASSES.
Brand New to Dreams? Let’s Create an Account:
- Click on the Parent Portal Button located on the Home Page of the Dreams Website at
www.dreamsgym.com. “Click to Begin” and then Click “Create an Account”.
- You will then follow the prompts to add your Family and Student information. You will also be asked to acknowledge three of our Waivers / Permission Documents regarding Billing Authorization, Rules / Terms and Conditions, and Waivers regarding Acknowledgement of Risk.
- Now you can use the filters to view and/or request to register for classes online by clicking on the Bookings button and follow the prompts. NOTE: You are NOT officially registered in the class until it is accepted by our office, at which time your will be notified via email within 24 hours that you are now registered in that class.
Un-Enrollment
- No problem 🙂 To un-enroll from class, you must submit your Drop Request via the Customer Portal by the 19th of the month, prior to your next monthly charge on the 20th.
- Upon receiving your request, we will update your enrollment accordingly and send you an email confirmation.
- We do not credit or refund for past missed classes.
- If you submit your Drop Request after the 20th of the month, you will be charge and enrolled in the following month.
- Please un-enroll before the 20th to avoid payment for the following month.

Can I drop my child off for class?
Children 6 years and under require a responsible adult to always be present in the building. For children 7 years and older, you may use your discretion as to whether you choose to leave the premises. Please note that teachers are not responsible for children before or after their class time. Should your child need to use the restroom during class, teachers will not escort your child - they will need to take themselves to the restroom and back to class independently. Please make your decision based on your comfort level and trust in your child’s own responsibility. Should you leave the premises, we do ask that you also ensure updated contact information in the event we need to call you.
Since COVID-19 – Pick-up/Drop-off
We are continuing our one-way traffic pattern, i.e., enter through the Dreams gymnastics doors, and exit through the Dreams dance doors.
For parents dropping off and picking up at the entrance and exit doors, please note:
- We do not allow children to wait for you outside on the sidewalk. Children must wait in our designated foyer just inside the main dance door. If a staff member sees your child waiting outside, they will ask them to return inside.
- Park your vehicle and come to the dance door to retrieve your child.
- Our competitive teams will continue to enter and exit through the back of the gym.
Gymnastics Area
Only students and their instructors are permitted in the gym area. The doorway must be kept clear for the safety of our students. This is in accordance with Fire Regulations.
Viewing Rooms
You are welcome to observe weekly classes from our viewing room. This area is provided solely for observation of students during their class. We ask that you do not use your cell phone or other devices. If you desire to talk on cell phones, it should be done outside. Consideration of other persons should be a priority! Our waiting room area is a very busy place. It must meet the needs of all. In accordance with SafeSport, taking photos or videos of student’s is not permitted.
Please keep area clean and safe for all. Pets are not allowed in our facility.
Weather Cancellations
If bad weather is imminent, we will update our website first and foremost with any closure decisions per the “Weather” tab at the top of the homepage. Please do not call before checking the website. We do NOT align with any school system. Driving conditions vary greatly depending upon your location. Please BE SAFE and make your own driving decisions based on your location, vehicle, and comfort level. Should you choose not to drive to your class we will happily help facilitate a make-up. Your safety is our priority.
